The Jasper County SWCD owns a twenty foot Roller Crimper that can be leased from the District. Here is some information from the lease agreement:

A fee of $50 plus $2 per acre is due at the time of pickup

A signed copy of our lease agreement is required before the booking request will be confirmed

The roller crimper cannot travel outside of a 30 mile radius from our office unless it is being transported on a trailer

INTERSEEDER
We have a twenty foot rotary hoe retrofitted with linear Gandy electric drive seeders for interseeding cover crop into standing corn at V5. It has a Cat III three point hitch attachment. The interseeder can be towed by a truck via a hitch pin, or 2 5/16" ball.
The rental cost varies depending on what it will be used for. Contact us for more information.
RAIN GARDEN DESIGN

Rain gardens are designed to collect storm water runoff and hold it in the garden so it can naturally infiltrate back into the ground within 24 hours, rather than collecting debris and other pollutants on it's way to the storm sewer.
EDUCATION CENTER
Need a place to host your local meetings? We have a beautiful Education Center located at the Jasper County Fairgrounds.
The building has restrooms, a kitchen, tables and chairs, and is temperature controlled. Contact us to learn more! Best of all, the Education Center is FREE to use!
