Bring your old electronics to either of the two locations on April 17th from 8:00-12:00 pm CST. 11850 N 600 W, DeMotte, IN 46310 - Jasper County HWY Dept - DeMotte Annex OR 820 E Walnut St, Rensselaer, IN 47978 - Rensselaer Street Dept. This is a drive-through event.

The curly CFL bulbs and fluorescent tubes can go to the household waste collection this fall. We do not have details for that event yet.
Loose batteries are a fire risk to our facilities, so will not be collected. Small alkaline batteries are safe to toss in the trash. Any small or power tool rechargeable battery that has failed can be dropped off at Hillside Ace Hardware collection site in DeMotte.
